Until August 2020 he was Chairman of the Energy Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in the Dominican Republic, AMCHAMDR. And currently he is Member of the Board of the Latin America Regional Energy Integration Commission, based in Costa Rica. He’s also a certificated Stock broker and founder of Stock Exchange of Santo Domingo.

Is an Economist from INTEC (Technologic Institute of Santo Domingo) holds an MBA (Maître en Administration des affaires) from the Universität du Quebec a Montreal (UQAM). He Is graduated of American Language Program at Columbia University and Changing the Game courses: Negotiation & Competitive Decision Making at Harvard Business School. Holds also a Diploma in Group Dynamics Human Development from (CESDHU) given by the Brazilian Society of Group Dynamics and is a graduate of the Ultimate Maintenance and Operation Technique applied to distribution’s assets course offered by the CIER (Latin America Regional Energy Integration Commission).

1994-2000: Led the Commercial Department of the USA’s Company Transcontinental Capital Corporation, LTD (Seaboard), the Private First Independent Power Producer in the Dominican Republic.

2000-2001: Developed the Wholesale Electricity Market Department (MEM) in the Superintendence of Electricity in the Dominican Republic as Consulting Adviser.

2001-2003: Headed the Commercial area of Smith-Enron Generating Company in Dominican Republic, now San Felipe Generation Company; collaborating in the commercial area of Calife, Light and Power Company Electric of Puerto Cabello in Venezuela, and Puerto Quetzal Power Company in Guatemal.

2003-2005 headed the Department of Regulation and Power Tariff Rates of Spanish’s Gas Natural Distributors Companies Edenorte and Edesur in the Dominican Republic. And from

2005-2011: 1St Commercial Manager of CEPM (Punta Cana Energy Consortium) an Isolate Electric System with the Concession for the Electric Generation and Distribution in the whole touristic & residential of the Punta Cana Area in the Dominican Republic.

2015-2017: Was Consulting Advisor & temporary General manager of Monterio Rio Pueblo Viejo a 100 MW Power Plant in Azua, Dominican Republic.

1999-2005 Is a founding member of the Director Board of the Coordinator Body for the National Interconnected Electric System of the Dominican Republic (the system’s operator) as Representative for the of Independent Private Power Producers of Electricity Block and later as Representative of the Distributor’s Companies Block.

2011-acttaully He is back to Raveza Associated & Services. SRL, Founder and current General Manager of Raveza. And has been Senior Consultant in charge for Load characterization studies in the Dominican Republic, and given several energy consultant services and assistant to multinational companies in reduce technical distribution’s losses in Guatemala, Costa Rica, Honduras and Colombia and conducted studies on the Coal Market and Natural Liquified Gas for the DR and the Mesoamerica Region, recently has been consultant for UNIDO, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization in Dominican Republic, IDB (Interamerican Development Bank), JICA (Japanese International Cooperation Agency) and World Bank
